Apartment of Jennifer Boles

Last Fall I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer Boles, author of the blog Peak of Chic, book author, home decor magazine contributor and all around amazing, stylish, and gracious person. I attended her book signing hosted by Currey & Company at Highpoint Market. I was so excited to pick up a signed copy, which has quickly turned into my new favourite book -It's an amazing read  - I highly recommend!

IN WITH THE OLD: CLASSIC DECOR FROM A to Z...

Jennifer's insanely fabulous apartment was featured on nytimes.com, which I look at and dissect roughly once a week like a crazy decor addict.

I mean, can you stand it? Leopard carpet, Farrow & Ball 'Powder Blue' high gloss walls and trim, a screen in a Tony Duquette fabric, the green parsons side table...I can't stop...it just goes on and on...

The mirrored hallway with a cherry blossom wallpapered ceiling and a skirted console table.

The framed Madeleine Castaing prints and the the handpainted faux green tortoise shell mantle...I am dying here....

Rose Cumming wallpaper....the Grosfeld House console tables....hot pink lampshades...Les Touches covered bench...D.Porthault linens...
I have been so in love with these ultra-chic side tables forever; love the plume detail!
No drawers you say? No storage? Who cares!!! In my books, beauty wins over practicality any day.

I almost died when I found the same tables yesterday on ebay, HERE

Alas, they are not in the budget right now, as I have a pair of COM upholstered x-benches heading my way at the end of the month, but I always love a good online 'window shopping' session.
